G'day folks and welcome to my maaaagnificent new-look website, pretty good hey? All of your favourite items can still be found as well as some new ones, including my new "Global Fishing" section. Catch OF The Month
May: Jack
Jack here had the trip of a lifetime to Shady Camp and was able to fish for the magnificent Barramundi. This big fella measured an impressive 134cm and was followed up by catching another couple of good sized fish. Congratulations on being this month's "Catch of the Month" winner Jack!

With the Tribute game being played this weekend, and no to her footy, it's a good time to reflect on the game's 150 year old history and remember all those magnificent players that have touched us in some way or another. In a tight game, Rex had tipped the Vics to come home winners by 7 points over the Dream Team.
Last week's footy saw some terrific games played and some truly talented and wonderful young lads show what they are made of. Two such lads are Jarryd Roughead from the Hawks and Austin Wonaeamirri from the Demons. They are to be congratulated for being named as "Rex's Rookies" for round 7. 12 years ago Rex fished with Austin's Dad on Melville Island. With 3AWs extended coverage including over 80 indigenous stations throughout the land, interest in the Aborigine boys is at an all time high, so exciting to watch!
