G'day folks and welcome to my maaaagnificent new-look website, pretty good hey? All of your favourite items can still be found as well as some new ones, including my new "Global Fishing" section. Catch OF The Month
June: Billy
This 12kg Cobia or Black Kingfish was caught at South West Rocks, NSW. It was young 15 year old Billy's first Cobia, and we are told it was a truely memorable experience. Awesome catch Billy, one to be very proud of. A magnificent fish and a magnificent photo, well done on winning our June Catch of the Month!

The first part of round 14 saw some great games by some wonderfully talented individuals. These two lads took out the title of being names "Rex's Rookies" and it was very well deserved. Congratulations to Cleve Hughes from the Tigers and Jared Brennan from the Lions!
With the Tigers searching for a replacement for Matthew Richardson as he enters the twilight of his career, the club is hoping for continued development from the long-kicking Hughes, who stands at 193cm and seems to have the talent to hold down a key forward post. The 21-year-old is showing the selectors that he is improving and now he hopes to secure a regular spot in the team.
Having struggled with injuries in the past, this high-flying utility managed 17 games last season. The raking left-footer can be dangerous when in the forward line and his pace and skills at both ends of the ground have stood out, though he prefers playing on the wing.
