Catch OF The Month
October: Tom
Tom, a big Rexy fan from the UK caught this 101 lbs catfish while on a recent holiday in Spain on the famous River Ebro. Tom tells us the bait was 8 huge halibut pellets on a hair rig, and the best part of his whole adventure was watching this beautiful fish swim off strongly after the photo was taken. Awesome catch Tom, congratulations on winning October's catch of the month.

Welcome Back
Our number 1 employee and technical guru Adam Royter has returned this week after being away for filming the upcoming series of the Australian Fishing Championships “AFC” which goes to air in early December, he is the major host this year and assures us that this series is one that will blow your socks off
Port Phillip Bay
Over the weekend lots of anglers bagged numbers of fish with the 16-18m are off the Hospital up at Frankston and in the 18-19m area around Mordialloc to Black Rock holding some huge schools of fish.
On Sunday Afternoon I headed out from Mordialloc with my good mate Ron “rock cod” Gysberts,
We ended up in 18m out from Ricketts Point and had an amazing session with continuous multiple hookups on snapper ranging from 1.5 to 4kg, best baits appeared to be anything we used, although scad and silver whiting did get smashed very quickly, we also threw lures and continued to catch plenty of snapper on 145mm squidgy flick baits, 5” gulp jerk shads and 6” grubs
