Stuffed Squid Tubes
Ingredients.
12 small squid tubes
100gms Australian prawn meat 41/60 grade
20 Australian Scallops 41/60 grade
Garlic
Tooth picks
Method
Place desired amount of garlic in squid tube.
Stuff tube with prawn and scallop meat.(finish with the prawn meat)
Place tooth pick through end of tube to hold stuffing in.
Throw on the BBQ medium heat and cook for 5 minutes.(time depends on size of squid tubes)
Place on plate with rice or salad and don't forget the tinny.
DELICIOUS.
