Fish Bowl Cake

Makes: 12 servings

1 pkt pound cake, cut into 2cm cubes
½ cup jelly beans
2 cups boiling water
2pkts jelly crystals (blue)
4 cups ice cubes
12 bite-size fish shaped chewy fruit sweets

PLACE cake cubes in bottom of clean plastic fish bowl; top with jelly beans. Set aside.

STIR boiling water into dry jelly crystals in large bowl until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes; stir until jelly begins to thicken. Remove any unmelted ice. Pour thickened jelly into fish bowl.

ARRANGE fish shaped sweets in jelly to resemble fish swimming in a fish bowl. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. To serve, scoop out the jelly and cake with a large spoon. Enjoy with cream or ice cream. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
